All questions are listed with their respective and optional answers; the chosen answer is highlighted.
The certainty factor is listed for each question.

View the Input report by choosing Input Report on the menubar or by choosing Output > Input Report . 

Print and export
You can print and/or export the input report by choosing File > Print Report and/or File > Export Report.  When exporting the input report, the outgoing file will be saved in html format.
