When you start OrgCon you have two options, open an existing analyse or create new. 

To create a new Unit Of Analyse:

• Select File > Select Unit of Analyse or choose 'Click here to begin' directly from the main window
• Click on New, write organization and scenario name  and then click add

• Click on the scenario you just created and click Select
• Now you can start working with the input
• Remember to save your work
