When you run Action Choices OrgCon helps you find the questions that affect misfits the most. 

If you want to change input data on the questions that affect misfits the most, simply click Next>.  In order to change input data on other questions in the list, choose the questions you would like to change and then click Next> 

Now you have to choose your alternative answer on chosen questions by highlighting your answer:

Click Next> and continue the process until you have changed all the answer you want to change.
