Symptoms

When trying to run OrgCon, you may experience one or more of the following symptoms:

• You recieve an error dialog when starting OrgCon
  The error dialog may contain one of the following messages:
  • Invalid C++ Runtime Files.
    or:
  • Your OrgCon (tm) has malfunctioned, eventhough it may be possible to continue to work, we recommend you save your work and restart your OrgCon software.
    And when clicking on "Review the information being sent to EcoMerc" you see the following information:
    Message: Could not load file or assembly 'm4w32dn,.
• You are unable to run the analysis

Cause

This issue can occur due to the following reason:

•  Most likely: The C++ runtime did not update correctly.
• The C++ runtime files did not install correctly
• The M4 system files are missing.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, use the appropriate method:

• Install the Microsoft C++ Runtime files.
